Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
We complete structured Functional Capacity Assessments to evaluate independence in daily living, mobility, cognition and safety. Reports include detailed clinical reasoning and recommendations aligned with NDIS “reasonable and necessary” criteria.
How We Can Support You
Assistive Technology & Equipment Prescription
We assess and prescribe assistive technology to improve safety, access and independence. This may include:
Manual and powered wheelchairs
Seating and positioning systems
Bathroom and toileting equipment
Transfer equipment
Upper limb supports
Pressure care equipment
We provide detailed reports for low, mid and high-cost assistive technology in accordance with NDIS documentation requirements.
Carer Education & Support
We work with family members and informal carers to provide practical strategies that reduce strain and promote safe support within the home.
Home Modifications
We assess and recommend minor and complex home modifications to improve accessibility and safety within the home.
This may include:
Grab rails and ramps
Bathroom accessibility changes
Structural modifications for wheelchair access
Reports include functional justification, risk analysis and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support funding approval.
Capacity Building Therapy
We provide targeted intervention to improve:

Routine and organisational skills
Fatigue management
Therapy is goal-oriented and measurable, with regular review to ensure progress.
